So Berklee’s Spring semester will be completely finished on Friday, May 11, 2012 and what a semester it has been. We’ve had tons of amazing artists through our live room for interviews and performances and we’ve broadcast our share of live events from the Red Room @ Cafe 939 and other venues from around the college. We’ve begun to release exciting student recorded, mixed, and mastered tracks from our BIRN Live Room for free on a monthly basis featuring the best of our live broadcasts. The BIRN is skyrocketing onwards and upwards as we gain more opportunities and experience through the hard work that every student at the station does to walk, one step at a time, towards our goal of WORLD DOMINATION!

There will be a brief recess at the college in which we will have a few dedicated DJs broadcasting at the convenience of their schedules so keep an eye on our broadcast schedule for changes, updates, and surprise shows. In the interim, you can also follow our Tumblr Blog for reviews, opinions, comments, fun facts, secret plans for world domination, etc. or check out our frequently updated YouTube channel for interview and performance videos hosted by the BIRN. Lastly, don’t forget to check back here when we return in the week of May 28th for our brand spankin’ new Summer programming line-up! It will be better than ever with the great crop of new DJs that have trained this semester so don’t miss out!
