Paradigm Shift: Still training, still working on unity.

Tune in this Wednesday from Noon-2pm as Matt O’Donnell takes to the air on behalf of Paradigm Shift. Keeley will be taking care of some academic business tomorrow, so she’ll be missing out on the show. However, another Keeley will be making an appearance…..

Once again, the studio will be invaded by a BIRN noob for the show. His name is Jared Colacci, and we’re sure he’s very nice. Feel free to drop Matt & Jared an IM or call during the show! We’ll be waiting…….

Oh, almost forgot. Matt wanted to share this Billboard magazine review of the new Jack Johnson album with you….

“Saying that Jack Johnson’s fourth record is languid and breezy is a little like saying the Cubs won’t win it all this year, but “Sleeping Through the Static” takes Johnson’s uber-chill, barefoot-in-a-hammock vibe to new heights–or mediums depending on how you look at such things. Recorded purely with solar energy, “Static” traffic more in earnest, welterweight rock than his usual island-flavored vibe….and it’s pervasive midtempo skeleton is probably slow-rolling enough to completely alienate anyone not already in his camp. (This record will be a mighty tough sell at Coachella.)”

Don’t worry Billboard. Matt’s already all but completely alienated.

Hope to see that you’re listening in from Noon-2pm!!!
