Kels is away this evening, using her lovely pipes to make a livin’. Angel, on the other hand, is very much in the studio and having the most nerve-rattling week! As these situations tend to arise for us all as we near the end of a semester or - in some of our cases - an educational venture (YIKES!!), we need to remember to take a deeeeeep breath and calm ourselves down before the tyrannical abyss swallows us whole.

This evening, Angel will be spinning instrumental and almost Welkin-like atmospheres. Amongst the setlist are excerpts from Mozart’s Requiem as conducted by Sir Colin Davis. Gustav Holst’s “The Planets, Op. 32″ will also be featured as well as Edgard VarĂ©se’s “Arcana.” For those of you not hip to the tunes of yesteryear, I will also interject tracks from Nine Inch Nails’ most recent release (to physical CD), Ghosts I-IV.
