Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, I am a 4th semester Music Business Management and Pro Music Major at Berklee. Although my true passion is performing on drum set, I hope to gain knowledge and skills in other areas of the music industry. With a love for twinkly-swelly punk music, I will be spinning lots of sad jams on the This is Now: Friday Late Morning Edition.
DJ Rick James (Erick Jaimes) is an American guitarist, hailing from Houston, TX (hometown of Beyonce). He welcomes the experience of being in a new city, and seeks to learn more in life. By that token, his musical tastes are constantly expanding, from indie rock music, to electronic music, to burnin' jazz cats, and to many more artists from a wide spectrum of styles of music. His goal is to expose artists who may not be known by a lot of people. In this way, more people may become available to enjoy something that they may not have known otherwise. He plays for band called Crimson Arrow, and is currently working on a solo record. Come check out what's happening, cause it's gonna be a party.
